    Never received plastic card.

    Sigh. Just got to INS San Jose office at 6:15am. Already the line was all the way across the front of the building. So, I figure it will be at least 11:00 before I could get in. Looks like I'm going to have to take some time off work.

    My PP was stamped in May 2002, but I never received the plastic green card. After 8 months I called and the lady said I should wait at least 1 year. In June I called and they said they had mailed the card in november, and it was returned undeliverable (sigh.. ) Anyway, so I plan to go to...
