Hi everybody, I have J1 visa - Trainee Speciality ( it expires on 8/31/2005 and I'm not subject to the two year rule) and like to get H1B. I'd need to know how exactly it works. Is there any easy way how to change my visa status or do I have to apply for H1B as a new applicant? Does anybody...
