    L1 to H1 with COS..want to continue with

    Hi, I cam in US in Feb 2008 from company A on L1B. after coming here i applied for H1 from company B and it got approved with change of status. now company B don't have project so i don't want to join them and want to continue on L1. Company B is saying if i will not join them in 1 week...
