My wife had applied for change of status from H4 to F1 on March 3rd and had received her new I94 on Mar 25th but she hasnt received her I20 endorsed by the INS. She tried to call them up but got no response. Do she really need an endorsed I20 for an F1 status doesnt the school provide to her...
