    Case transferred from NSC to TSC

    My case was transferred from NSC to TSC in the end of May. Now the case status says something like "your case has been transferred to a local office in TEXAS SERVICE CENTER". I can not even see the projected time frame anymore. I do not know where to send my EAD/AP to. Anybody in the same boat?

    Any way to get real info from INS?

    Does anybody know of any way to get useful information from INS these days? I mean besides what can be seen using online case status system. Has anybody been able to talk to somebody smarter than a phone monkey at the 1-800 number? Please-please share any successful attempts!
