Hi guys, My AP is going to expire in December and I have never used it, but my H-1B is valid for one more year. Can I use my H-1B to get the visa in my home country and use it to enter US? My AOS is still pending and I have just got an RFE for more documentation (like tax forms, W-2 etc...)...

Friends, My brother just arrived in the US with I-20 from School A, but here he found School B more to his interest. Can he get I-20 from School B and attend B without going to A first? Is there a rule for this, and has this changed since 9-11? Thanks, Chris
