Okay nevermind, I know the process and steps now. However with the issue of her overstaying her visa by years, how big of a problem will that be?

Sorry for not clarifying; Yes, I am a USC. And apparently she has overstayed YEARS; and it was on a visa through her passport, not the waiver.
