H1b as head of Indian Company What i meant is that i have a valid H1B w/ my current employer in US but the new company will be in India and i will be doing pretty much all the work myself, to beging with. So i do not see any conflict with the law in US and in India. makes sense? thanks

Thanks Thanks again JoeF. So i think it makes sense to start the company in India and be the owner, CEO and Engineer - all myself. :) This way the company won't pay any taxes here in USA and does not have to struggle with foreign employees tax issues. The company will be paying taxes in India...
