hi everyone, I will be going for my H1b stamping from calcutta. I am a first time H1b applicant. Do we need to show property and bonds/stocks & shares in our or our parents name as for b1/b2 visa interview. I do have the complete package sent by my lawyer. Thanks!

Can one file for H1 B visa before receiving state licenure? I would be joining Univ of Iowa and they are stating that they can't proceed with visa filing unless I get my state resident licensure. I know of people in NY & PA who have filed and received their H1 visa petition approved before...
