Advice needed regd - H1-B tranfer while extension is applied.
Hi, I am working in US with company A with a valid H1-B visa. My( visa + I-94) expires by mid march. Company A has filed an extension with INS. I got the SRC/EAC number. During this period, can i apply H1-B transfer through company B. Which Company's application will take precedence...- smartlife23
