anyone please help me out should i answer no or yes in part 10 number 33. I did answer yes and i gave them the day i registered and my selective number but now they asking me to kill out the N-426 form but i didn't serve in army so i can't fill that form. What i need to do now?

Anyone can help me out with this? I filled out and sent the N400 to the USCIS and they send me back the application because they say that i need the N-426 Request for certification or naval service but i just registered for the selective service but i didn't really serve military so i can't fill...
