Urgent!!!! - L1 B Visa Re-Stamping with valid I-94
Hi- Currently I am on L1 B Visa. My I-94 is valid till 2008. My visa got expired in this July 2006. Now i m going to India in Dec. I have got the appointment for Visa Interview for restamping. Do that create any problem in Visa restamping? What are the chances of Visa gettign rejected...- sketerboi22
