    Is I140 Receipt Notice required to apply(efile) for EAD ?

    Hi , My employer is refusing to give I-140 receipt notice to me. He applied for I485 for me but didn't apply for EAD. If I want to apply(efile) for EAD(I765) by my self, do I need to have I140 receipt notice ? I have I140 WAC#. Thanks in Advance. SN
