PP stamping done I had finished my PP stamping in the Fairfax office. Infact I got only one appointment but they allowed both me and my wife and there was no problem at all....

Info pass question Is it required to get seperate infopass appointment for the Primary and the Dependent applicants or is it enough if we just have one appointment ....appointment is for PP stamping.... thx

I-485 approval update Today I recd the approval notice by postal mail......what a relief after all thoses confusing updates to my case status.....not able to schedule Infopass appointment (for VA).....will update after stamping

Details in signature I got a email saying my I-485 was approved (email recd on 11/29 @ 7:00 PM) and subsequently got another email stating my 'FP results have been recd and processing has resumed ....' (email recd on 11/30 @ 5:00 AM) I called the 1-800 number and all they could say was that...

Strange approval msgs I got I-485 approval email last night but today morning I have received another email telling that my FP results have been received and my I-485 process has resumed...

I-140 approved after 2 RFEs My I-140 got approved on Nov 03,2004. It took around 9 days from the day my RFE response was received, for the approval.

2nd RFE update The 2nd RFE response was recd by USCIS on OCT-25-2004.

FP notice recd. FP is scheduled for 11/19/2004 @ Virginia.
