    B1 Visa on H1B Receipt Notice

    Hi, I am in the process of changing my employer. I have filed for H1B transfer from another employer. I got the receipt notice. Can I send the documents to my mother for Visitor Visa based on my previous H1B approval and the latest receipt notice. Thanks in advance. Sri
