6 yrs Validity if Visa status changes
Right now I am on H4 and I got my H1 approved last week. Its been 3years since we came to US. I heard that even though my status changes to H1, I am still eligible to stay only for 3more years here, how far is this true? I was in a impression that from now on I will have 6years on my H1...- Siri007

H4 to H1
I want to know about the H4 to H1 transfer issues. Right now I am on H4 which is valid till Feb 2006. I got my H1 approved last week. Now my question is, can I travel to India next month with H4 visa? If not, can I go on H1 and get it stamped, if so, what kind of questions can I expect from the...- Siri007
