Recent content by simply waiting

I have heard that normally 6 months after Finger Printing formality is completed, I-485 applications are approved. Is this true ? Are there any known patterns of I-485 approvals (like xx months after FP) or is it just a case of \'WAIT & SIMPLY WAIT.." Thanks for the info in advance.
