Laidoff, is old H1 still valid?
I transfered my H1 from company A to Company B 4 months ago. B laid off people including me due to the economy.It is going to revoke the visa. I didnt get B\'s visa stamped yet. The H1 visa stamp of A is still valid, till september next. I guess A did not revoke the visa. Can I fall back on A\'s...
