    PD recaptured for new I-140 before old I-140 revoked for cause

    My new I-140 has the priority date recaptured from old I-140. Both I-140 were approved at one point in time. Recently, the old I-140 has been revoked for cause (old ex-employer plead guilty to immigration fraud). How does this impact the PD on the new I-140? Do I lose it or do I get to keep it?
