I had filed for H4 when I was here on B1 visa . Before filing H4 I applied for B1 extension which got denied.
My H4 denied on basis of my husband's H1 denial. My husband's company refiled for H1 and it got approved but for consular processing. In india it went for administrative processing and stamping is still pending ( 5months after approval)
I came back to USA on visitors visa 2 months back and now planning to file H1 for myself, what is better option Consular processing or change of status.
