    RFE after approval?

    Does USCIS ever send an RFE after they have already sent the notice of approval for an H1? Has this happened or can this happen? Thanks!

    OPT to H1B 3 month gap. Employer says....

    I went through the pdf file linked but saw no mention of the extension being valid only for that year. Still, if it is illegal to stay during September, it looks like I'm going to have to speak to my employer again. Thanks for the help.
