Durations of advertising required If PERM becomes effective 3/28/05 , can the advertising start before that ? I was hired by my employer in September 2004 . Can my original recruitment process be used for applying under PERM .

I would be starting my 6th year on H1b on 8/26/2005 . When should the advertising process start if Permanent LC has to be filed : 1) Non-RIR . 2) RIR 3) PERM . By what date should the Advertising start and by what date should the application be filed for labor Certification ?
