Hi My friend is on L1 and he got his H1 approved in Oct 2008 which came without a I94. He is still working with his L1. The question is - Is there a time limit to go and get H1 stamping ? or can he apply for ammendmend to get the approval notice with I94 ? Please help -Thanks
