Thanks rajrw! When the dates were current last year I used to send an email every 60days, but with retrogression I didn't think there is any point in doing so. But, just before the prioriy dates became current I sent another email to which he responded saying that my Name check was cleared...

Thanks Toxsci! Nope, I did nothing to expedite it. I applied 140 and 485 concurrently in Nov '04. All I did was send emails to Mr.Williams to find out the status of my case.

Below are my details... EB2 PD - March '02 I140 - AD April '05 (Stuck in name check for a while) I485 - AD 20April'06

Hi All, Below is the email that I got yesterday regarding my 485 application and I wanted to confirm again to make sure it really means APPROVAL. It doesn't say anywhere in the email that my case has been Approved. Does this mean my case has been approved?? Thanks in advance for your input...
