Thanks for the reply. I don't have the case number. And my lawyer also doesn't have it. And every time, my lawyer asks for any details about my NY case, they are getting the screen shot of FL case. Is there any other way to get the case number?

I have applied LC in NY in March 2003 (EB3). And I applied one more Labor from FL in Sep 2004 (EB2). I got 45 day letter for FL case, and it is still "IN-PROCESS". But I never got 45 day letter for my NY case. My lawyer tries to find out and every time, he gets the screen shot of the FL case...
