    Visiting US on B1 visa, son applied for GC,but would like to withdraw.Any impact on B1 visa ?

    I am visiting my son on B1 visa. My son,US citizen applied for my GC in Aug. UCIS sent a letter asking my DOB certificate and to submit it within 3 months or they will consider my cas closed. I don't think I can get it with in time, plus after staying here I do realized I don't want to settle...
