OK. First of All Thanks a lot Jaxen. I started the 485 only three months back in VSC, so If I take unpaid time off for two-three months and then later start getting paid again, that would not cause any problem, because I do not expect any interview before another 6 months. Another...

Can I take unpaid time off if using EAD and stay in here, while my I485 is pending? I think that it is not possible to do so while on H1B.
