Thanks for the response. Just one more question......... How many days/weeks does it take to get the I-485 reciept notice in TSC ? Is it 4-6 weeks ??? or 4-5 days ????

I am currently in my second H1. I have my second H1's approval notice. My wife has has her H4 approval notice.(old H1 expired Sept 2002). My I-140 has been approved and planning to file I-485 in TSC this week. My wife needs to travel within the next couple of weeks for non-emergency...
