    Soldiering toward citizenship...

Citipassport, Form your last two posts I was under the impression that you are a natural born American CITIZEN. However, in one of your previous posts (dated 12 Jan. 2007), you stated: "Traffic tickets --------------------------------------------------------------------------...

    Soldiering toward citizenship...

citipassport, I know someone who came to the US legally, been here for 9 years, married to a US citizen(for love and if you do not believe me ask their 4 children), served in the US armed forces, never had a traffic ticket, love (and will always love) America, and INS denied his citizenship...

    Soldiering toward citizenship...

Hey dckaraja, Bushmaster works around the clock to insure your safety and the safety of America. If it weren't for the soldiers who defend this country, you would not be enjoying the FREEDOM you have now. Looks to me like he earned his citizenship by serving this country. What did you do to...

Congratulations Paz Hi Paz, congrats on your outstanding progress. I appealed USCIS decision about 2 months ago. As for the lawsuit, I have received a Magistrate report and recommendation (to the district judge) which is basically to dismiss without prejudice leaving me the option to return...

I am married to a US citizen, however I filed my N400 under having served in combat, not due to being married to a citizen. They still videotaped my second interview with 3 officers questioning me. They asked very little about my wife.

Interview Videotaped Nasman and others, I was also one of the "lucky ones" to be subjected to a three hour interview in Atlanta, GA, which was videotaped and in which three USCIS officers (one was from DC) questioned me about my whole life. They never even bothered to tell me it would be...

    Atlanta GA - N-400 Timeline

SP, It is up to you, but I would not waste my money on a lawyer. You can download N-400 application from USCIS website, fill it out (follow the instruction exactly), mail it to USCIS with the fee and your part is done.... and wait on USCIS to respond by mailing the fingerprints form and...

Hayyyoot, If the defendants asked for 30 days to finish your case, it is a VERY good sign. The judge approved it because defendants provided a specific instruction within their motion. Since the judge granted their motion, the motion should be treated as an order. I am almost sure they will...
