    enter on B1/B2 while job on H1b starts later

    My fiance is a physician in Chicago, IL on a H1b visa. So is it possible for me to visit her in April and May on B1/B2 (which I also hold) before starting my job in New York and later on go to Canada or (come back to India)and re enter on H1 b visa to start my work? as I cant start work before...
