    I-140 & Ead

    My lawyer is in the process of filing PERM online. Once it gets approved, can I-140 & I-485 be filled concurently (EB-3 category)? Will I be able to apply for EAD at the same time too? Thank you for your help. I am new to this forum, sorry if I posted in the wrong thread :o
