how does the first denial of NIW EB21 affect my current application?
Hi, Guys. I got denial for my NIW EB21 application in NSC at 2005. (submitted at 2002, RFE at 2004, and denial at Jan 2005.) right now I am working on my reapplication. I am planing to try EB1EA and NIW EB 21 because I got almost ten papers published since last year. so does any body...- Scandisk
