My question is about the new rule "can we get it stamped in canada or mexico or we have to get it stamped in india" i spoke to attorney they said i have to get it stamped in india. is any rule like this exists?
i am ms graduate. i am still in status should i have to go to india to get my visa stamped. I was told that the rules have changed and i need to go to india to get my visa stamped, is it true?
