Hi, I only have 2 years left for my 6 year H1B cap. My employer is in chicago and is planning to apply my labor in a month or two. Can somebody out there tell me what is the status of labor in chicago now for both EB2 and EB3 categories. Thanks.

Hi, I am on H1B visa status and I have already completed 4 years of my total 6years. My current employer is going through layoffs now and so they refused to apply my Labor(for green card) atleast for another 10 months. They told me that even if I can get my labor applied atleast 1 year before...
