Can H1 candidate continue working when AFU query is in process?
My friend changed from B2 to H1 and has been working. When his wife went for H4, Consulate asked her to bring detailed documents of previous/ current jobs and bank records. He has all the documents. Even then , can consulate refer his case to AFU? In that case can he continue to work here while...
