I am a doctor having a offer for postdoctoral fellowship for 2 years on J1. I am on B2 visit in USA . 1)Can I change my status from B2 to J1 here without going back to my home country. 2) I have listened that I can apply but chances are less. Then if I am applying and if denied for J1 here...
