My h1b 6 yrs. are coming to end. It seems my employer is not going to extend it for me again. Is it possible to extend it on yearly basis by a new employer? pls, help great guru, show me the way to extend it.

Hi, my H1 will be expiring in 2007. if my employer won't extend it then can I exten it on my own & find a new job? Is there any chance of extending it for another 6 yrs? may be with a new employer? how? my gc apllication is in process.It has been filed by the employer a year back... -sansui
