I got my approval for I-140. The approval says you can apply for AOS (Form-485) or CP(Form I-824). I applied I-824 (October 15, 2001) for CP at New Delhi at NSC. While going through various discussion group I came to know that it is very slow at NSC for I-824. They are processing April 2000...
