Help Needed MY PD is 10/25/01 filed under EB2-RIR. I called my lawyer and they said that they received an NOF from the Labor Department regarding Salary. They have replied to that NOF. ANy Idea how long will it take to get the LC cleared. Any help on this would be really appreciated. Sam

It was applied in EB2-RIR.

My LC was applied on 10/25/01 and last month the Lawyer called and said that they have received NOF regarding the salary. I don't know how long will it take to get my LC. Does it takes a long time to get the LC cleared if the company receives NOF. Any help on this will be really appreciated. Sam
