    h1 to L1 to H1 and quota issues-urgent!!!!

    I entered U.S on H1 visa thru company "A". After 6 months company "A" transferd me on L1. Now company "A" want to terminate my employment. Is it possible for me to transfer from L1 to H1 thru new company "B" within The U.S ? Will my case be subject to quota issues? Please help!
