I don't think they expire! I submitted my medical exams with the original applications back in Nov '02. I had assumed they had expired as well and was waiting to hear back from USCIS. They just approved everything in Nov 2004 and did not ask for new exams. I'd say wait and see if they ask...

Date moved to Dec 04! MOVEMENT!!! The posting of Oct 06th from VSC shows the I-140 moving to Dec 04. Finally some good nes after weeks of no change. The 485 has moved to mid-Nov as well.
