in state since 2001 may i went to this organization for refugee for help they told me to write down my story, i came in legaly on board a vessle as a crew man but pass 30 mile from the harbour,organization told me i cant do any thing now but to wait for reform, work pay tax never be in ane troble ever, until stupid girl friend with anger problem that live with me call police on me that i put my hand on her which i did'nt because i know better, they took me to court D.A. reject my case and ICE pick me up and finger print, scanning and checking every thing about me, and let me go. now under removing and proceeding to see immigration judge soon i have a lawyer, but i reed alot in this forum about asylee,i was thinking if i can hang on by apealing and prolonging my case for 2yrs or less will i qualify for the 10yrs waiver. any one with a good advice pls.
