    I-485 and GC issues of owing a company while on H-1

    I am in the similar situation My wife (H4) has a C-Corp since two years ago. Now we are applying I-140/485 and concerned about it. If you are in the same situation and went through green card process successfully, pleaes share your story here. Thanks.
