Can, any one who has lived in USA for 10 years - apply for Citizenship.....
Entered legally, obtained greencard after marriage, however wife had abandoned him and he does not have any where abouts of her. He has no marriage certificate nor any divorce, he has moved many states and has no papers ecxept the Green-Card, he has valid Drivers License, and SSI card, he pays taxes and is very clean man.. he is now 62, he needs medical care, (I am a Chaplain, therefore would like to help him)
What will he fill in the N-400 form as ?
