i am in US on H4 visa in the following time period
june 2000- sep 2001
june 2002 - dec 2002
sep 03- sep 04
i applied for a h1 in october 2004 and approved in sep 05- sep 07) i have all payslips and w2 for the above h1 period
and after that i have a valid h4 from oct 07-march 09.
i am eligible for the H1 again ?
will i came into the new lottery system or simply can change my status.
