    one year outside USA

    I will complete my 5 yrs stay in US by Oct 2007 on L1B and i am going back 30th Oct. If i file H1 April 2008 and come to US in Nov 2008 (after staying 1 year in India ) will i be eligible for 6 year full term on H1? Please help me - Thanks.

    Can i stay as long as I-94 is valid even after 5 Yrs on L1

    I will complete my 5 Yrs by Nov 2007. I was on balnket petition for about 8 months after which my company filed for an individual petition.
