why would it cost a lot of money? lets say change your name when you become a citizen, your new name will appear on your american passport, so they only IMPORTANT things you have to update is SS card, and license, how would that cost a lot of money? do you even know how much it cost?

sucks man, I'm unemployed and the few savings that I have, are for gas to go to nursing school, I cannot afford to spend $700 on citizenship fee, why does it have to cost so god damn much? where does that money go? why so much? how did they come up with that amount? It should be cheaper now...
