    N-400 eligibility answers: what to do when can claim more than one?

    It has been almost 5 years since receiving conditional GC (by marriage to US Citizen), and now I can answer eligibility as either "3 years + married to US Citizen" or the regular "5 years". Is there a difference between the two? Could the regular "5 years" path be faster? There is clearly...
