Does spouse status matter for I-140/485 concurrent filing
Hi I have an issue..Need help. My husband is going to apply for I-140/I485 concurrently. Questions:- 1. I am on H1 Visa since 3 months and ofcourse not yet on project. No pay stubs. Will this affect in the filing. Please if anyone has already got their EAD or GC applying as per this...
