My question is about a I-601A application for provisional unlawful presence waiver, that I submitted for my father and was rejected. My father is in Dominican Republic, he came to United States about forty years ago with a visitor visa, but he work without permission and emigration send him a deportation order and he left the country by that time.
The rejection notice said that the documents and payment have been returned, because the address that I provided is outside of the United States, and they said that the form type you are attempting to file requires that the individual provide a U.S. address.

Please help me to find out which form I have to file instead .
